Riad Karmela Marrakesh

We recently stayed at a beautiful riad in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main square and breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering airport pickup and organizing tours. The breakfast served was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed dining on the rooftop terrace. This riad truly made our stay magical.

The riad can be a bit crowded at times, as it is a popular destination for tourists.

Located in the heart of the bustling medina, this beautiful riad offers a peaceful oasis to escape the vibrant markets. The interior courtyard, lit by lanterns, creates a magical atmosphere to enjoy meals or relax. The friendly and dedicated staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The spacious rooms, overlooking the courtyard with fruit trees, provide a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring.

Some noise from the heat could be heard, but it was not overly disruptive.

The staff, cute atmosphere, hidden paradise, delicious food, excellent service.

The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. The location of the hotel is perfect, being in the center and within walking distance to a great number of interesting sights and museums such as the Museum of Marrakech. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The breakfast served was good.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel offered free bottled water at reception, a nice touch especially during the hot weather. The location of the hotel was great, close to all the attractions in the area, making it convenient to explore. One advantage that I enjoyed was the presence of air conditioning in my room with much-needed relief from the heat.

The WiFi in my room was not working well, but it did work outside in the courtyard and lounges.

Beautiful setting, helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, private terrace, safe and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at a charming Riad in Marrakesh. The Riad Karmela was so good in every way. The staff, particularly Mohamed, were very good too ensure we had a nice experience. The rooftop dinners were a highlight, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend Riad Karmela for a unique and lovely stay in Marrakesh.

The riad is beautiful, a real Marroc experience at a good location in the middle of the old medina. Friendly and helpful staff, made us feel like part of the family. Accommodation in the new riad was amazing, clean and nicely decorated. Great location near the Souks and Jemaa el Fna square. Contracted taxi service was helpful. Breakfast was good. Unbeatable quality/price ratio.

As young travelers, we loved the vibrant artistic details throughout the property, from the well-maintained garden to the art in the rooms and public spaces. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, offering great tips upon arrival. The check-in experience was welcoming, with tea and sweets served in a comfortable sofa area instead of a traditional counter. The riad provided a peaceful atmosphere, and we enjoyed spending time in the cloister, sipping tea and listening to the soothing sound of the water fountain. The breakfast was delicious, and we also had a divine dinner during our stay. We appreciated the various seating areas, pools, and jacuzzis available within the riad complex.

We had such a wonderful stay at this place! The staff were fantastic and attended to our every need. They helped us with dinner reservations, car rental, and gave us directions. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was very close to all the main sights. We were able to easily walk to the market streets, vendors, and restaurants. The breakfast each morning was really nice and the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. The rooms were unique and each had its own charm. our stay here was amazing and we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was too hard. The room could use some updating, as it felt a bit outdated.

This place is so near the attractions, making it very convenient, and we found the staff to be amazing, attending to our every request. The room amenities, including the tea and coffee facilities and in-room safe, were top-notch. The terrace and spa centre were fantastic and the free Wi-Fi in the public areas was a great addition.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, hands down.
